Elephant poo paper notebook by Ahorita – stationery review

Elephant poo paper notebook – what a conversation starter! What did you just say? A notebook made out of paper which is produced from elephant dung. Yes, that. Made in France, by Ahorita, I found it in Le Goût du Papier in Bordeaux. It has a simple minimalistic cover, yet a great idea is hidden behind it:

  • elephant poo paper – how cool is that?
  • environmentally friendly tree- free
  • you can write your s* down, this paper can handle it!

Simple cover, yet a great idea behind it.

The producers of elephant poo paper don’t have to cut down trees to make it and can reduce deforestation. They use the dung of elephants passing by, which is upcycling in its purest form. A great idea, don’t you think?
